FAQ
1. Who are these hero SKUs designed for?
— Private-label retailers, gift & promo projects, hotel and cross-border DTC brands that value stable supply, fast lead time, and standardized packaging with light customization.
2. How do you keep unit cost so competitive?
— We use standardized bottles and unified components, run consolidated production by material, and limit customization to high-impact items. This keeps tooling, changeover, and scrap low, so pricing stays aggressive at scale.
3. What is the MOQ and how does tiered pricing work?
— Typical starting MOQ for hero SKUs is **2,000 pcs per style**. Pricing improves markedly at **5k / 10k+**. Multiple SKUs using the same bottle/cap/reeds can be grouped to optimize cost.
4. Which customization options are available (and which are not recommended)?
— **Available (focused):** labels (incl. metal labels), cap type/color, reed color/quantity, standard gift boxes/bundles.
— **Not recommended:** non-standard bottle molds and small-batch complex finishes, as they inflate cost and risk delays.
5. How do we choose fragrances? Can we use our own oil?
— Choose from our proven scent library, or provide your own formula/sample for matching under NDA. Oils are sourced from reputable houses to facilitate downstream IFRA/CLP/REACH compliance where required.
6. What quality controls are in place?
— In-process weight control, sealing & leakage tests, drop/transport simulations, batch retain samples, and AQL inspections before shipment.
7. What production capacity can you support?
— **3 automatic filling lines**, **2 candle lines**, and multiple manual packing lines for surge capacity—built for repeated, scalable runs of standardized SKUs.
8. What compliance and documentation can you provide?
— MSDS for transport, COA/ingredient data when applicable, and support for IFRA statements, CLP/GHS labels, and market-specific testing via accredited third parties.
9. How are products packed and shipped?
— Standard inner seals + outer caps; export-grade inner/outer cartons with shipping marks and barcodes on request.
10. Do you offer dropshipping?
— No. These SKUs are designed for volume purchasing and stable replenishment cycles rather than piece-by-piece fulfillment.
11. Do you support territorial exclusivity?
— Regional exclusivity can be considered based on annual volume commitments and consistent reorders for agreed SKUs and time frames.
